The leavers aren't brown yet and the corn still stands, but we are definitely in the midst of an Ohio Fall. What a windy week! Between Jim and Steve,  their collection of WWI aircraft is soon going to rival the National Museum of the Air Force.

This coming Tuesday, October 4th, is our October Club meeting- out first of the off-season at Asbury United Methodist in North Hampton. Our off-season meetings start at 7:30 pm

Speaking of Fall...our spectacular SWAP MEET is coming up in November. Tables are going fast, so if you want a table you better reserve one soon! See the ad in Model Aviation or the flyer posted on our web page for reservation info.

LOOKY what showed up at David's house...we will hopefully have pics of the new D-18 soon!

Hey membership- have you started a building project? Send your build pics to smacohio@gmail.com

And moving on to building pics...here is the latest pic of Rob's Aeronca LB build. The vertical stab and rudder have been pinned and glued. The Ziplock bag under the balsa parts keeps the plans from getting ruined. Once the tail wheel, hinges, and control horn are test-fitted, the parts will be ready for covering. Next, comes the wing.
