Harvest Time

 

This weekend the corn surrounding the field was harvested. Massive harvesting equipment made quick work of the corn, filling several semis to the brim with grain. The mid-70 temperature and dry weather was a pleasant late October surprise. Some of our members were able to skip the yard work and kids' soccer games and get some flights in. We even had a visit from a prospective member. 

Several of our members have purchased the D18 Beech from Horizon Hobby. Mike R. had his at the field Saturday- what a beautiful model!
