More building updates...

Another week of winter passed us by and our members have reported progress since the last post.

First up- Dr. Balsa has his gas radial mounted and ready for testing. The prop nut needed some machine work, but it's ready for a break-in run on the next warm day. We are looking forward to hearing this engine purr down the runway on his Reno Racer Corsair.

On the other side of Springfield, RC finally got some time away from work to mount an electric motor on his Gee Bee R3 Racer. Just because it is electric doesn't mean it's going to be a slouch..that's a 16"x10" prop on a 380 kv motor.

A few streets over, Dave is working on patching the fiberglass cowl of his Typhoon. He'll have some sanding and painting to do afterward.

And..Dr. Balsa has the Hanriot back on it's wheels. He's planning on painting the rudder today.
