Back to Brookville, Before the Storm

 SMAC members including Chad N, Rick B, Rich I, Jim R, and Steve B. attended the Brookville Giant Scale Fun-Fly Saturday Aug 15.  In fact we pretty much stole the show, only a handful of non-SMAC flyers came out.  The real culprit was the weather, with a large area of approaching thunderstorms just across the Indiana line most of the "usual suspects" stayed home.  As always the F.A.S.T. Club went out of their way to make guests comfortable and fed us a good lunch even though flying closed down early.

Our next business meeting will be Tuesday, Sept 1, 7:00 PM at SMAC Field.  Time to get some flying done since summer is fading fast!
