Thank You note to everyone who attended the annual SMAC Swap
Meet. Club Treasurer, Joe Ferrara, has reported that the swap meet was a great success. The proceeds will help pay for the 2018 field rental. Joe would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the following on behalf of the Springfield Model Airplane Club:
Don and Betty Barnes for graciously donating the food and running the food booth.
"Our next scheduled meeting is Tuesday, December 5th and don't forget, it's the Pizza Party along with the Big 50/50 prize give-away. The raffle fund already has $150 in it and it's sure to grow the night of the event. ALL of it will be given away and the winner just might be YOU! Pizza and cold drinks will be served beginning around 6:30 PM with the business meeting immediately afterward, followed by the prize raffle.
Also, a reminder that there has been a change to the membership renewal date. In order for us to meet our obligationto pay the 2018 field rental fee by January 1st, we request that, if you haven't already done so, please pay your annual dues at or before the December meeting."
